Develop players
Teach people who are new to the game and give them a pathway beyond the first season.
ABOUT PIRATES
Growing floorball in Perth since 2006.
Being first matters less than what you do with the head start.
OUR STORY
Build places to play. Develop people. Keep the game growing.
Pirates began in 2006 and has grown alongside floorball in Western Australia. Over the years the club has invested in rink infrastructure, worked with venues and helped create more places where the sport can be played and developed.
The club's role is not only to field teams. It is to make it easier for the next beginner, junior or returning player to find the sport and keep progressing in it.
Grow the game
Support venues, infrastructure and opportunities that make floorball easier to play in Perth.
Build community
Connect juniors, senior players, coaches, families and supporters around one club journey.
ACHIEVEMENT STILL MATTERS
Competition is part of the story, not the whole story.
Pirates has a long competitive history and multiple senior and junior teams. On the new site, trophies and achievements sit alongside the thing that keeps the club healthy long term: helping more people become better floorball players.
